Adam
Adam Bennett is the Managing Director of Recruit Experts and an executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience partnering with organizations across North America and internationally to identify and attract exceptional talent.
Having worked in nearly every facet of the recruiting industry, Adam has extensive experience in business development, executive search, contract negotiation, and talent acquisition. He has successfully completed searches ranging from specialized technical and management positions to senior executive, C-suite, and board-level leadership roles across a variety of industries and geographic markets.
Throughout his career, Adam has built long-term relationships with Fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, engineering firms, contractors, and emerging growth organizations. His approach is based on understanding both the client's business objectives and the candidate's long-term career goals, creating partnerships that extend well beyond a single placement.
Early in his career, Adam was fortunate to be mentored by two of North America's most accomplished recruiters, who instilled in him the importance of integrity, client service, and finding the right fit for both client and candidate. Those principles continue to guide every search he conducts.

Ryan Bennett is the Recruiting Operations Director for Recruit Experts, an executive search and recruiting firm specializing in the mining, heavy civil construction, and energy sectors. With 8 years of experience in technical recruiting, recruiting operations, client development, and talent strategy, Ryan partners with contractors, owners, and operators to build effective hiring processes and identify high-impact leadership, engineering, operations, and project delivery professionals.
Ryan brings deep expertise in full-cycle search execution, recruiting process development, candidate evaluation, client management, and market-focused talent acquisition. His approach is operationally disciplined and relationship-driven, with a focus on understanding each client’s business objectives, strengthening their hiring strategy, and delivering long-term talent solutions that support sustained growth.
Tina
Tina is a dedicated Search Consultant specializing in heavy civil construction, marine and dredging, engineering, railroad, and finance professionals. With 7 years of experience, she partners with companies and candidates to connect high-quality talent with long-term career opportunities.
Tina brings a personalized, relationship-driven approach to every search, focusing on honest communication, industry understanding, and lasting placement success.
Joe
Joe is a dedicated Search Consultant at Recruit Experts, where he specializes in identifying and placing top-tier professionals in the Mining & Metals Industry. With over eight years of direct industry experience and 14 years recruiting experience, Joe is passionate about connecting with candidates and matching them with roles that accelerate their career. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and watching movies.
Trinity
Trinity is a seasoned talent professional with more than 24 years of experience helping organizations identify, attract, and retain top talent across the heavy civil, mining, construction, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), nuclear, steel manufacturing, and food manufacturing sectors. His background includes both internal corporate talent acquisition leadership and external recruiting and search experience, providing him with a unique perspective on the hiring challenges, workforce demands, and business objectives faced by today's employers.
Rose
With 20 years of recruiting experience, I help organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent across a wide range of industries and functions.
